The Convention is headquartered at the Oak Ridge Hotel in Chaska, Minnesota, about 25 miles from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport. The Airport is a major hub for Northwest Airlines, offering non-stop flights from many US and international cities.

Taxi service is readily available from the Airport to our hotel and costs about $55 one-way. The Super Shuttle (www.supershuttle.com) costs about $39 one-way.		 Driving Directions:

It wouldn't be a convention without our annual auction. For most members, the auction is the most popular event; it is also the Society's main fundraiser. We have already started to recieve donations. We are appealing to you for donations, both plants and merchandize. Your contributions help make the auction a success.

We are hoping to acquire plants that have not appeared at recent auctions along with our always popular varieties. If you have something to donate please contact us to avoid duplications. The auction is open to the public. We would like to have a tentative list of auction items by
March 1st to be published in the spring issue of Lilacs
